Gabrielle Simms said "Signed, Sealed and Delivered, I'm Yours!" to D1 Kansas City Roos

Gabrielle Simms has played soccer in the Grand Bahama Soccer Club, formerly Grand Bahama Girls Developmental Soccer League, since she was three years old and now that’s about to pay off huge dividends as she heads off this week to play on the Kansas City Women’s Soccer team on a full scholarship. Gabrielle signed on November 11th, 2020 but because of COVID restrictions had to wait to celebrate with coaches and players. The Kansas City Roos will have a lot of young fans with their newly acquired Bahamian recruit as she is not only a player in the Grand Bahama Champions League but also a well loved coach in the local YMCA and Grand Bahama Soccer Club. The Roos will play their first preseason game on August 13th against Kansas University.
